A power shortage
at a local disco club causes all kinds of problems... the most serious
being an inactive cyborg comes to life (the disco had been built on top
of an old WW2 laboratory). After the robot gruesomely kills numerous teens
in the parking garage, a surviving couple runs for shelter. Two mysterious
men, armed with an arsenal of weapons, appear on the scene to do battle
with the out-of-control creature.
A
domestic release of a Japanese film; mattscreen (1:33:1), uncut (73
min.) version in DVD encoded for REGION ONE NTSC, playable on any American
