TV personality Ray Morris produces a Survival Training program. Hoping to pull a serial killer into the open, he organizes a new show that mirrors occurrences of a "Human Sacrifice Event" from a European town in the mid '90s. The killer - an unknown contestant - is among the candidates for Ray's new TV show. When the cast members begin dying one-by-one it becomes the ultimate Reality Program.
